We’re thrilled to announce that Unico Studio was featured in a Unity case study that explores our collaboration with the Unity Game Design & Revenue Consultancy team.

📈What was the goal?

To take a data informed deep dive into our player engagement, game economy, and monetization strategies with the mission of improving player retention and delivering more value to our players.

💡 What did we do?

Working closely with Unity’s expert consultants, we refined our game mechanics, tested new monetization models, and optimized user journeys across some of our top titles.

  • Improved session length and player retention

  • Better alignment between ingame experiences and monetization

  • More refined game loops and UI/UX tweaks based on real player behavior
